Chilton’s Library
Are you a “Gear Head” or maybe just someone who likes to repair or maintain your vehicle? Well, starting in September 2016 you will be able to have FREE access to Chilton’s Auto Repair Library online through our website. Clink on the link above for more information.

Back in August we held our Snapshot Day. On this day patrons are asked why they visit the library. In this picture is Ms. Cynthia Porter who is a regular visitor here at the library. Ms. Cynthia also attends our Basic Computer Classes. Thank you for using the library as your source for information.

This is a picture of the Abbeville Memorial Library’s entry for the scarecrow competition hosted by the Abbeville Chamber of Commerce. These young ladies from the Notgrass 6th Grade History Class, designed and made the “Bookworm Scarecrow”. It won 2nd place in the contest. Thank you for all your hard work.

For a short time now we have been visited every other Friday by a group of young ladies from the “Notgrass 6th grade History class”. They have been completing their projects, and we have had them on display here at the library. Why don’t you come by and see for yourself.

Brown-bag Lunch Series
Pack a lunch and spend it with us.
The library will be presenting classes to be held over the lunch hour. (12 Noon – 1pm) These informational presentations will have tips and tricks for a wide range of topics. From how to use Ancestry.com on the library computers, to how to use “Overdrive” to borrow eBooks. So come on down to Abbeville Memorial Library.
